2025 Election Information
There are three, three-year vacancies on the Board of Directors. Nominations of candidates are made by the Nominating Committee. The Nominating Committee returned only one qualified candidate for each Director vacancy.
When there is only one nominee for each position to be filled and thus there is no contest in the election, the election will not be conducted by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor. The Chair may declare each nominee elected by acclamation at the Annual Meeting.
The 2025 Annual Meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 31, 2025 at 7 p.m. (ET).
