Harrisburg, PA (April 19, 2022) – On March 28, 2022, PSECU held its 89th Annual Meeting virtually. During a Board of Directors meeting following the Annual Meeting, the Board elected a new slate of 2022 Board officers:
- Chair – Shawn W. Weis, Assistant Counsel, Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority
- Vice Chair - Matthew B. Wagoner, Teacher, Red Land High School/West Shore School District
- Treasurer – Timothy D. Grunstra, CPA, Principal, Brown Schultz Sheridan & Fritz
- Secretary/Assistant Treasurer – Leanna L. Meiser, Director, Enterprise Learning & Organizational Change Management, The Hershey Company
