The donation was made in support of the Red Cross’s ongoing efforts in providing wildfire and hurricane disaster relief efforts throughout the U.S.
Harrisburg, PA (August 31, 2023) – PSECU has made a $25,000 donation to the Central Pennsylvania Region of the American Red Cross. The donation was made to assist with hurricane and wildfire disaster relief efforts throughout the United States.
PSECU has provided donations in the past to disaster relief efforts, most notably in 2017 when PSECU and its members raised a total of $320,000 in member donations and corporate funds for hurricane-damage relief efforts.
The Central Pennsylvania Region of the American Red Cross helps people to prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters big and small. They provide assistance to people outside of Pennsylvania when necessary, such as in situations of mass devastation from natural disasters.
