Harrisburg, PA (February 18, 2025) – George Rudolph, President & CEO of PSECU, has been named to PA Business Central’s (PBC) 2025 Top 100 People for the fifth consecutive year. The annual list celebrates individuals who contribute significantly to their industries and communities across central Pennsylvania through “exceptional vision, dedication, and leadership.”

As President and CEO of PSECU, an $8.8 billion digital-first credit union, Rudolph has led the organization through continued growth. Since joining the company in 2019, he has spearheaded strategic initiatives to expand digital banking access, enhance financial wellness programs, improve member engagement, reinforce the credit union’s role as a trusted financial partner, and strengthen partnerships that drive positive change across Pennsylvania.
Rudolph has nearly 30 years of leadership experience in financial services and previously served as Senior Vice President of Operations & Technology at Alliant Credit Union.
This year, PSECU’s Regional Membership Development Manager Candice Richards was also named to the Top 100 People list , recognized for her work expanding financial education and strengthening community partnerships.
